Dear Friends of Attitudinal Healing in Hawaii,

On behalf of the board, volunteers and founders of The Hawaii Center for Attitudinal Healing, we are delighted to thank you for your interest in Attitudinal Healing, inform you of the progress that has been made this year, and invite you to participate in our vision by becoming an official member of the Hawaii Center.

PROGRESS: As you know, the work of Attitudinal Healing in Hawaii began in 1999 under the guidance of founders Drs. Jerry Jampolsky and Diane Cirincione. In 2001 the Hawaii Center for Attitudinal Healing (HCAH) was incorporated as a non-profit organization to replicate the Attitudinal Healing Community Wellness Program in our island communities. In 2003, an Attitudinal Healing Center was established within the Wellness Center of Castle Hospital. In May of this year, Trish Ellis joined the Hawaii Center as our first professional staff member, bringing twenty years of experience in attitudinal healing.

Building on this strong foundation, we have made remarkable progress in the past few months: expanding the number of Attitudinal Healing support groups from two to ten, training thirty new facilitators on Oahu and Kauai, and introducing the new attitudinal healing business program “Pro-Attitudes” to the Honolulu business community. With your support, we will continue to develop and expand our program of peer support groups, home/hospital visiting services and educational projects, to support individuals and families throughout the state of Hawaii.

MEMBERSHIP: As you know, strong and active support is vital to the continuation of our work. We invite you to actively participate in the mission of the Hawaii Center by becoming an HCAH Member, a volunteer or both. (Members will receive a 10% discount on workshop/training fees, will be acknowledged on the HCAH website, and will be honored at an annual appreciation event.) To become an HCAH Member, simply complete the application form and return to HCAH at the address on the form - or via email to NetAttHeal@aol.com

With love and gratitude,

Roger Epstein, Board President
Trish Ellis, Executive Director
